Winter madness in a Robin Hood, or a Mince Pie Run & Photoshoot
Saturday 29th December 07 in Oliver Cromwell's heartland adjacent to the M3.
| We will be starting from Hook at 0950hrs and ending up having lunch at a local pup. On the way we will visite 3 country houses which were in use during Oliver Cromwells time. Because one of our hosts is the police college all those attending must register with John (JP) or myself your car registration, all names of those attending and address. All are required to carry a means of identity. |
This map defines the area, you will be driving in, you will not be going off the area of this map, except to arrive and go home. This is a country drive along a set route stopping at some old houses so we can take some photographs of our cars, lunch is in Mattingley Hampshire (B3349) , Multi map puts its red circle over Bluebeckers / The Leather Bottle Mattingley, if you search for RG27 8GU Meet at the public car park Hook 1 arrive no later than 09:45 as we will be leaving for our first appointment sharp @ 09:50 to get to Tylney Hall 2 at 10:00 and leaving there at 11:00. We will come back via the Hook car park 1 and then proceed to Warbrook House 3 for 11:20 and depart for NPIA 4 (Police training college) Bramshill at 12:20 and should arrive for 12:30. 5 is not available. Lunch is booked for 14:00 so there will beplenty of time to spend at the police college with predinner drinks at the Leather bottle and an add hock church stop. | The public car park in Hook is situated on the west side of the junction of the Reading Road and the London Road (A30) . Access is via the Reading Road. Use multimap and post code RG27 9DR and the hubrid shows the carpark. |
